Salary for BEML Recruitment 2025

1. Assistant Manager/Manager (Gr III-IV) – Analysis
- Experience in analyzing engine systems like intake, exhaust, fuel, coolant, lubrication circuits, crank train, valve train, powertrain, gear train, and electrical & electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience in Finite Element (FE) and Structural Analysis, including Linear and Non-linear Analysis.
- Proficiency in FEA/CFD tools such as StarCCM+, ANSYS, Fluent, AVL Fire, and Altair HyperWorks.
- Knowledge of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), Fatigue, and Durability in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
2. Assistant Manager/Manager (Gr III-IV) – Design
- Experience in designing engine components and systems, including intake, exhaust, fuel, coolant, lubrication, powertrain, and gear train.
- Knowledge of CRDI (Common Rail Direct Injection), Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT), and Waste Gate Turbocharger.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, casting, sheet metal stamping, GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DBJ, and drawing quality.
- Experience in Project Management, Life Cycle Management, and Engineering Design Change Cycles.
3. Assistant Manager/Manager (Gr III-IV) – Engine Testing
- Experience in engine calibration for CEV Stage V or equivalent.
- Knowledge of combustion hardware selection, test cell setup, and data acquisition systems.
- Expertise in calibration tools, optimization tools, CAN communication protocol, and control systems.
- Understanding of Type Approval and CoP process with certification agencies.
- Experience in Project Management and Product Life Cycle Management.
- Proficiency in INCA and Visu software is an added advantage.
