Total Experience
- Candidates should have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience as a Graduate Engineer.
Relevant Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following experience criteria:
- 8 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects, including earthworks, bridges, tunnels, and station buildings, working with a Project Management Consultant, General Consultant, or Construction Agency.
- 3 years of experience in construction or supervision of railway infrastructure projects while serving:
- In the Gazetted cadre of the Construction Department of Railways
- As Manager or above in the Civil Engineering department in RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or equivalent positions in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or Metro Rail Corporations.
- Additionally, candidates should have 5 years of experience in railway construction projects involving tunnels, bridges, earthworks, and station buildings.
Remuneration for RITES Recruitment 2025
The salary for selected candidates will be negotiable and determined based on the company’s policy after client approval of the candidate’s CV.
Tenure for RITES Recruitment 2025
- The initial appointment will be for one year on a contract basis.
- The contract may be extended until the project is completed, based on mutual agreement and performance evaluation.
