Tenure for SFIO Recruitment 2025

1. Additional Director (Capital Market)
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost and Management Accountant, MBA (Finance), or Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Finance).
- Experience: 10 years in Capital Market regulation or Merchant Banking.
- Desirable: Law Degree, experience in evidence collection & prosecution.
2. Joint Director (Investigation)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 10 years in Economic Law Enforcement & Intelligence.
- Desirable: Law, Commerce, or Economics degree, experience in evidence collection.
3. Deputy Director (Corporate Law)
Educational Qualification:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in any field + LLB with 2 years of Corporate Law experience.
- Option 2: Integrated 5-year LLB degree with 3 years of Corporate Law experience.
- Desirable: Experience in evidence collection & prosecution.
