Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Bilaspur Recruitment 2025

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Superintending Engineer

• Must be working in Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, or Research & Development organizations.
• Should be holding an analogous post OR
• Executive Engineers (Civil/Electrical/AC&R) with 5 years of experience in a Grade Pay of ₹7600 OR
• Executive Engineers (Civil/Electrical/AC&R) with 10 years of experience in a Grade Pay of ₹6600.

2. Principal, College of Nursing

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization.
• Should be a Registered Nurse and Midwife.
• Must have 10 years of post-registration experience, out of which 7 years should be in Nursing education or administration.

3. Assistant Administrative Officer

• Should be working in Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research & Development organizations.
• Must be holding an analogous post OR
• Should have 5 years of regular service in a Grade Pay of ₹4200, along with a degree from a recognized university.
• Desirable:
  • MBA/PG Diploma in Management
  • Knowledge of government rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in computers

4. Office Superintendent

• Should be working in Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research & Development organizations.
• Must be holding an analogous post OR
• Should have 10 years of regular service in a Grade Pay of ₹2400.

• The appointment will be on a deputation basis for 2 years, with the possibility of an extension as per DoPT guidelines.
