• Must have knowledge of Metro Rail O&M Act, Train Operation Management, OCC Management, Station & Revenue Management, and relevant safety rules.
• Should have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed private organization.
• OR, candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience in PSU/Metro Corporation.

Salary and Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be offered a salary in the IDA pay scale of ₹50,000-₹1,60,000, along with applicable allowances, perks, and benefits as per GMRC policies. The approximate CTC is ₹14 lakh per annum.

Present Pay Requirement

Candidates should currently be working in one of the following pay scales:

• IDA Scale: ₹50,000-1,60,000 or equivalent CDA scale in Government/PSU/Metro Corporations.
• IDA Scale: ₹46,000-1,45,000 (at least 2 years of experience required).
• IDA Scale: ₹40,000-1,25,000 (at least 4 years of experience required).
• Private Sector: Must be drawing a minimum salary of ₹70,000 per month (CTC).

Contract Duration

• The appointment will be on a contract basis for 3 years.
• The tenure can be extended up to 5 years based on performance.

Selection Process

The selection process includes an interview conducted by the committee.

• Candidates will be informed in advance about the interview date, time, and venue.
• No requests for changes in the interview schedule will be entertained.
• Document verification will take place before the interview. Candidates must bring their original certificates, failing which they will not be allowed to attend the interview.
